The Switchvox can easily switch between on-premise and cloud and can connect to the SIP provider of your choice, including Quantum Voice.
Quantum Voice allows your switchvox to migrate to the Quantum Voice cloud or you may purchase a new Switchvox solution on the Quantum Voice cloud.
Quantum Telecom will continue maintain your Toshiba telephone system and voice messaging system for as long as you own the products.
When Toshiba sold their product to Mitel in 2017 it was still was able to be sold as new.
As of October 2018 Mitel stopped selling any new Toshiba based telephone systems. This was their phasing out of the Toshiba product line.
As of October 2019 Mitel will be shutting down the Toshiba licensing servers. Doing so inhibits anyone from upgrading or replacing their Toshiba products that require a license.
It is strongly suggested that you look to replace your Toshiba telephone system as we will no longer be able to upgrade or replace with same product after October 2019.
